How does the Sage consultation work?
When you start a consultation, the Sage asks you a focused Q&A about your project — one question at a time — to assess true complexity. Based on your answers, it returns a Go, Caution, or Stop verdict with a Feasibility Score, primary risk assessment, and a professional estimate range to compare against your DIY plan.
What is Monte Carlo forecasting?
Instead of giving you a single-point estimate (which is almost always wrong), our engine runs 5,000 simulations of your project scenario. Each simulation models slightly different outcomes based on real-world variability in skill, time, and cost. The result is an honest range — p50 (median), p85 (likely), and p95 (buffer) — not a best-case guess.
What is sweat equity?
Sweat equity is the real dollar value of professional labor you save by doing a project yourself. For example, if a plumber would charge $800 for a job you complete yourself, you've earned $800 in sweat equity. The Vault tracks this permanently so you can see the total value you've built over time.
What is Sage Vision?
Sage Vision is a Master Builder feature that lets you point your camera at any project space. The AI analyzes what it sees — identifies the task, estimates scope and complexity — and pre-fills your consultation. It's the fastest way to go from 'I need to fix this' to 'here's what it'll actually take.'
What is Epic Splitting?
Large projects that exceed your available weekend hours are automatically split into sequenced phases — epics — spread across multiple weekends. The Weekend Planner manages these phases together so you never lose your place or overcommit.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the store where you purchased. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Venture Sage → Cancel. On Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Venture Sage → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app: open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Wipe Data & Close Account". Deletion is immediate and permanent. You can also request deletion by emailing support@prudentsagacity.com.
What happens when I hit the Free tier limit?
When you've used your monthly consultations or forecasts, the app will prompt you to upgrade. Your existing projects, history, and Vault data are always preserved regardless of your plan.
